Zach Is Nobody has already made a name for himself as one of the top concept battle rappers in the world. In addition, he’s successfully crossed over to the more traditional form of battle rap as well. This dual-threat ability was put on full display during the week of June 5, 2017, as he had a battle drop on No Coast Battles and a concept battle on Stellar Fusion Entertainment.
On Monday, June 5, 2017, Zach Is Nobody vs. Orlando Coolridge dropped on No Coast Battles, one of the longer running rap battle leagues, based in the Midwest. Zach got at Orlando with a variety of jokes, bars, punchlines, and more. In addition, he also shared the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a unique approach in round one. To many, this was his breakout performance in battle rap, outside of concept battles.

Not only did the workweek start with a great battle from Zach, it ended with one as well. On Friday, June 9, Stellar Fusion Entertainment released “Generosity vs. Greed 2.0 (3PFD vs. Zach Is Nobody)”. Why is this battle titled “2.0”? It’s because it is a rematch between 3PFD and Zach Is Nobody on this same topic. The original battle went down in February 2015 on SLAP Battles. At this time, it was meant to be a tryout battle for Zach Is Nobody, but 3PFD had to step in as a last-minute replacement due to a cancellation by Zach’s scheduled opponent. The results were pleasantly surprising as these two turned out a great two round battle; however, it felt incomplete. It is no longer incomplete, as 3PFD and Zach Is Nobody brought back their first performance with a brand new third round that is sure to leave the audience hype.
3PFD summed up the rematch saying, “As expected, this was a crazy battle. Zach and I got a brother type of bond, which sometimes leads to a healthy sense of competitiveness. In this case, it made for a great rematch. In the end, we keep pushing and encouraging each other to get better, so I only look and hope for more great battles, music, and ministry from Zach.”
Zach summed up both battle releases and the difference in battling in traditional and concept leagues by saying, “I felt like my No Coast battle has the most replay value of any of my regular battles to date. I came up with the idea of the rematch (Generosity vs. Greed 2.0) with another longer round because it felt like it was bringing things full circle from my first battle. I love both (traditional and concept battles), and I hope God allows me to continue to do both styles of battling. They both have a place and a purpose and are really fun.

About Stellar Fusion Battles:
Stellar Fusion Battles is the premier concept rap battle league and ministry in the world. In concept battles, as opposed to the traditional rap battle, which pits two opponents against each other in a verbal boxing match to prove who the superior MC is, concept battles requires that MCs adopt a character that represents either a vice or a virtue. Then, in a lyrical clash of punch lines, metaphors, bars, and hard hitting acapella rap, Stellar Fusion Battles brings the same intense entertainment value of battle rap that fans love. In addition, Stellar Fusion presents truth and life lessons through the themes of the battles.
