Former Bad Boy Recording Artist Craig Mack Raps For Christ Now?

Bad Boy Records, at it’s height, was one of the most powerful hip-hop labels in the music industry.  I don’t know if you remember, but Craig Mack had a nice run as a Bad Boy artist and eventually just disappeared. You remember Craig Mack, “I’m kickin new flavor in your ear!”  Nobody ever really knew what happened to him.  He re-emerged in a recent video where he shares his testimony and drops some bars, about Christ.  Just a side note, this video looks like it’s from the 80’s and overall I just get a weird vibe from it.  It could be the fact that R.G. Stair is rumored to be running a cult, but I have no concrete evidence to that fact.  However, this video just looks really creepy to me…   That’s just my view of it, however check it out and let me know what you think.

No matter what I think, I’m glad that he found Christ and is now sharing his faith.  I don’t really know what to make of the cult claims or the creepy vibe I get from this video, but let’s just pray that he has found men & women of the faith that will lead him to the Jesus of the scriptures.  If anything other than Jesus Christ has control over him, pray that he would be set free from that bondage.

I have actually listen to his radio program a good number of times by accident because he comes on the same station that my sports talk show comes on. He seems to be a little extreme or kinda weird but i don’t really see where his teachings are cult like. I judge by fruit and content not just on how someone comes across. He seems to be on point with his teaching there are somethings i don’t agree with but I have never heard him teach anything thing that is way off. There are 2 main things that I look for when judging if a minister is of God or not. #1 does he believe that Jesus died for our sins and rose again because the death burial and resurrection of Christ is everything. #2 Does he believe that Jesus is the son of God and that there is no salvation in any other name. If a minister is preaching Christ and the true word of God you have to leave it alone and trust in God that everything is legit. Even if a minister is caught in a sin that doesn’t mean they were false preachers they could be true preachers who just fell into sin.
